Princess, Balmoral & Duchess Packages

Package can be used for any type of event from Weddings to Quinces / Sweet 16's.

Princess Package: Scroll Down For Photos
Six (6) Hour Package for up to the stated number of guests including the use of:
The Castle Ballroom, The Castle Courtyard & The Castle Chapel
(Maximum Guests = 500 In The Castle Ballroom & 300 Seated in Chapel)

Balmoral Package: Scroll Down For Photos
Six (6) Hour Package for up to the stated number of guests including the use of:
The Platinum Ballroom, The Castle Chapel
(Maximum Guests = 200 In The Platinum Ballroom & 200 Seated in Chapel)

Duchess Package: Scroll Down For Photos
Six (6) Hour Package for up to the stated number of guests including the use of:
The Celestial Swan Ballroom, The Enchanted Forest & The Secret Garden.
(Maximum Guests =150: 130 guests at 13 - 60" round tables & 20 guests at 10 - 30" rounds on stage)

 

Packages Include The Following:
• Rehearsal prior to event day. (1 hour for Ceremonies or 2 hours for Birthdays)
• Use of Dressing Rooms up to 90 minutes prior to the event start time through the end of the event.
• Includes all white linens, chair covers, centerpieces, special cake presentation tables and designated entrance vehicles.
• Deluxe Buffet presentation for up to the stated number of guests, complete with china & elaborate buffet table presentation.
Choose from our Royal Menu, including one upgraded entree.
• Complete Non-alcoholic Beverage Bar featuring Coca-Cola Products, Gatorade and Coffee, including cups and ice.
• Hummer H3 Limo for grand entrance with driver (Castle Ballroom only).

• Table Overlays and Organza Sheer Chair Bows included and available in many colors!

Special Pre-Event On-site Photo Session:
• 30 minutes of photography and 30 minutes of photo selection during regular business hours at our facility.
• Providing you with all your pictures from the photo session. Pictures are fully download-able from our website with NO copyright restrictions.
• One (1) Portrait Print in a frame with a signable matte plus complete set of 4"x6" photo table frames for your reception.

One (1) Photographer Providing:
• Providing you with a minimum of 300+ pictures which are fully download-able from our website with NO copyright restrictions.
• One professional photo album with 15 double sided pages; Featuring 30 flush mounted & laminated mattes.
• Two Parent Albums featuring select pictures from the Master Album. (2-10 x 10 albums - 1picture/page) OR you can replace the 2 smaller albums with a duplicate 11"x14".
• 5"x7" Picture Party Favors featuring a picture of the Guest and a cameo of the Guest(s) of Honor. This picture is printed during the event and given to the guests as they leave. Limit one per family or couple.
• One 16" x 20" Canvas Print mounted in frame.
• Final photo album is presented approx. 12 weeks from the date you return your photo selections.
• Digital Photo Enhancements on photos used in albums

Two (2) Video Cameras Providing:
• High Definition Raw Footage in current media format. (Given to you upon completion of the edited video, and in whichever format it was originally shot).
• 45+ Minute Edited Video in current media format with special effects.
• Additional copies of the edited video: $35.00 per copy; or a set of 8 copies for $200.00.
• Edited video is presented approx. 12 weeks from your event date.

Disc Jockey:

  • State of the Art Sound System. 
  • Club Level Lighting Sound & Video Projection System
  • Use of Special LED Lighting for washing the walls and stage in colored light!
  • Use of special effect LED Lighting and lasers during your reception!

Other Services Included:
• Slideshow featuring up to 75 pictures set to the music of your choice. .
• Big Screen Projection System in the Ballroom for slideshows, and dance videos on giant dual screens!

Additional Guests may be added to your package up until seven (7) days prior to your event date!

Price per additional guest is $45.00 and includes a chair with cover & bow, buffet & non-alcoholic beverages.

This package does NOT include a cake, fresh flowers, limo, valet parking, alcoholic beverages, mixers, ceremony officiant or formal attire. Only ONE service may be removed from this package with the appropriate credit. Ask our sales associate for the value of any given service. Pricing does NOT include sales tax.
