The Event Factory offers a very special event package designed for “family only” events with up to 30 guests included in the base package.
(Additional guests and services may be added at an additional cost. See details below.)
A private Four (4) hour long party held in The Secret Garden & The Enchanted Forest OR Chapel & Courtyard areas for up to 30 people total.
Add additional guests at a cost of $40.00 each. This package does not include the Celestial Swan Ballroom or The Castle Ballroom areas.
A complete buffet featuring two (2) entrées, two (2) side dishes and a salad served on china. Menu can be chosen from our Royal Menu. (Does not include appetizers.)
Use of dressing rooms for up to 60 minutes prior to the four hour time block.
Up to 3 – 60” diameter tables with seating for up to 30 guests including white table linen, chair covers with bows and centerpieces.
Beverages including soda, coffee and Gatorade will be served in disposable cups.
One Photographer - Providing you with a minimum of 75+ pictures which are fully download-able from our website with NO copyright restrictions.
Disc Jockey for the entire event to play the selections of your choice and operate the microphones.
Family Wedding Packages may be booked on Saturdays or Sundays from 12-4pm, Friday or Sunday nights from 6-10pm, excluding Holidays and some prime dates.

One Additional Hour – Changes time frame by adding one hour. Price $500.00

Professional Flush Mount Photo Albums - Albums use pre-designed layout and customized using your photo selections.
10" X 10" Photo Album with 30 pages and 1 picture per page: $799.00
11" x 14" Photo Album with 30 pages and 80-90 pictures: $1999.00
Video - One Video Technician providing approximately 3 hours of raw footage on DVD Blue Ray: $599.00
Terms & Conditions: 50% Deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to event date. A 10% discount is applicable when paying in full when booking. No other discounts apply. Final guest count is due seven (7) days prior to the event. No refunds are issued. Date changes are subject to a fee of $500.00. Notification in writing of date change request must occur at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a $300.00 penalty. Parties may be booked up to 180 days in advance and are not available on Holidays and peak weekends. Some months may be booked further in advance, please ask a sales associate to check your desired date.
