Swan Ballroom & Castle Ballroom Studio Packages


Event Factory Franchises are available in three basic ballroom packages; The Swan Ballroom Studio Package requiring apx. 15,000 square feet, The Castle Ballroom Studio Package requiring apx. 30,000 square feet and the combination of both together which requires apx. 40,000 square feet. Each package is available in either a Do-It-Yourself build-out level or a Turnkey Package. Both single location and multi-unit territories are available. Initial investment in an Event Factory Franchise can range from $267,000 to $548,000. The physical size of this business, your build-out decisions and the geographical location will ultimately determine the initial start up costs. The estimated expenses below are based on placing the franchise in an existing building with no HVAC, exterior wall or roof construction needed. The Interior construction estimate includes mandatory fire walls around the actual ballroom space and the required bathrooms to code. It assumes you are starting with an empty shell and building all the interior walls. Some of the interior decorations, equipment and furnishings will be supplied as a package by Event Factory Franchising, Inc.. Most decor and equipment will be purchased by the Franchisee direct from suppliers at the lowest market prices available for the required materials.

NOTE: The above expenses are MINIMUMS and may rise higher based on the build-out methods executed. The above totals reflect using a Do-It-Yourself approach to the interior decorating of the finished space. The expenses paid by the Franchisee to the Franchisor include the Initial Franchise Fee, Training & Travel Expenses and some display items associated with the build out. The other expenses are paid by the Franchisee directly to the suppliers and contractors. Choosing a Turnkey system and utilizing the services of independent contractors for this decorating phase will ADD a minimum of between $100,000 and $300,000 to the MINIMUM expense of the packages. A Turnkey price for any given package is determined once the location and studio package is chosen. Initial franchise fees are per location with multiple location Master Franchises receiving a discount. Exterior signage and regulatory fees are not included in the above estimate
