On behalf of the entire Event Factory staff, thank you for requesting information for The Event Factory Franchise Packages.We are very excited to launch this concept after years of development. Joining our organization at the ground floor allows you to choose from prime territories all across the United States. The Qualification Process, Historical Information, Features, Benefits and Initial Investment Requirements are outlined within the cut sheets found in the rear pocket folder of this brochure. Also included is an application that must be filled out should you desire additional information and a tour of our facility. During your visit, you will meet many of our staff, tour the entire facility, view videos showcasing some of our recent events, receive a copy of the UFOC document and have a question and answer session with our founder, Mr. Harry G. Simon. Acting quickly to return your application will assure you of a better placement should you be interested in a territory that has multiple franchisee applicants.

We will be accepting applications for all size territories. Larger metropolitan areas may be granted master franchise status upon request.The number of units within a master franchise will be determined upon the review of each territory at the time an applicant has expressed interest in any given metropolitan area. Some metro areas may be split into multiple master franchises should the geographical size warrant such division. It is our goal to place as many dual ballroom facilities as possible as this is the most financially rewarding to the franchisee. We will also custom design studios to host more than two ballrooms when desired. These studios would be placed in larger metro areas and designed to host more events within any given time block. After closing, our staff will help evaluate individual locations to maximize the usefulness of the space in conjunction with our franchise requirements.
