Package upgrade options

The following options can be added to any base package.

  • Digital Flush Mount Album: 15 Double sided pages, each measuring 11”x14” and featuring your choice of 30 mattes. You select the photos to be used in each pre-designed or custom layout. Price $1999.00
  • Digital Flush Mount Album: 15 Double sided pages, each measuring 10”x10” and featuring your choice of 30 mattes. You select the photos to be used while the page layout is designed by our staff. Price $799.00
  • Party Favor Pictures: This service allows you to give each couple or family who attends your event a souvenir photo featuring a picture of them and a cameo insert photo of the Guests of Honor(s). The photo of the guests is taken as they arrive for the event. The 5”x7” Party favor print is then created and printed so that the guests can take their copy home with them that night. All the guest shots will also be available on our website for the guests to download for free. Print includes the name and date of your choice along with the border color of your choice.

  • Slideshow Presentation: This package creates a slideshow set to the music of your choice and created using up to 75 of your pictures. You bring in your photos in print or digital formats. We scan and assemble them, complete with music, special effects and transitions. You can then play your slideshow to your guests on our dual giant video projection screens. You receive a copy of the slideshow on DVD. Price $299.00
  • Edited Video: This package takes the raw footage videotaped during your event and creates a 45+ minute edited video that features main aspects of your event, special effects, transitions, titles and is set to your musical selections. The video is presented on DVD and in chapters. It also includes a highlight chapter that recaps your entire event. This is a magical experience that you will enjoy sharing with your family and friends. Price $999.00
  • Express Service: Our staff can expedite your Edited Video or Photo Album within four (4) weeks of your event date or from the time you return your album pictures selections. Price $399.00 per item.
  • Extra Event Hours: Additional hours can be added to your event at a cost of $599.00 per hour. This includes an extension of any services included in your package such as DJ’s, etc.. Additional hours are subject to schedule availability and must be added prior to your event.
  • Off-site Photo & Video Services: We can provide an extension of the photo and video services included in your base package to go to the church prior to the reception at our facilities. This service starts up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled reception start time. The price is $299.00 per service and then includes the additional photos and raw footage as part of your package. We can also start at a home prior to the church at an additional cost of $100.00 per service. This cost is in addition to the $299.00 fee, thus making the total cost $399.00 per service.

  • Castle Ballroom Curtain Package: This package provides a curtain system to cover the Castle on the main stage in The Castle Ballroom Several colors are available. Cost includes installation and removal. Price $799.00
  • Colored Table Overlays: We can provide fancy swirl overlays for your dining tables. Price includes installation and removal. Many popular colors are available. Price $10.00 per Overlay.
  • Colored Organza Chair Bows: We can provide the organza chair bow in the color of your choice. Price includes installation and removal. Many popular colors are available. Price $1.00 per Bow
  • Pre-Event Photo Session: This package provides a photo session prior to your event to provide all the photos on DVD. Package also includes: 1- 16”x20” Canvas Print Framed, 1- Signable Matte and 12 - 4”x6” Table Frames. Price: $399.00 with additional 4”x6” frames costing $5.00 each.
  • Special LED Lighting and Lasers used within the ballrooms to wash the walls and stage in colored light. $250.00
  • Additional Appetizers chosen from the Royal Menu: $3.50 Per Item Per Guest
  • Additional Side Dishes chosen from the Royal Menu: $4.50 Per Item Per Guest
  • Additional Entrées chosen from the Royal Menu: $6.00 Per Item Per Guest
  • Additional Upgraded Entrées chosen from the Royal Menu: $7.50 Per Item per Guest
  • Convert a Buffet Presentation to a Plated Meal served to the table: $8.00 Per Guest
