The Event Factory offers complete and affordable packages for hosting your very special day in an atmosphere fit for a King & Queen! Your day starts out in one of our Chapels or Secret Gardens for your re dedication of the vows. Once the ceremony is completed, the guests move to the Courtyard or Enchanted Forest for cocktails and appetizers. The reception begins with the grand opening of the ballroom, complete with fog and twinkling strobes. Behind the majestic doors await our elegantly decorated ballrooms that are filled with special effects like club level lighting, video projection and sound systems. Our expansive layouts allow you to entertain your guests in 9,000 to 18,000 square feet of space. Combine these unique facilities with our complete packages that offer all the main services needed for your once in a lifetime event, and you have the perfect Anniversary Packages! We also offer facility only rentals and can modify complete packages to fit your needs.
Our packages offer several levels of menus and feature all the popular food presentations. The food is provided by several carefully chosen Catering Companies that have serviced our facilities for many years. Each event is provided a taste testing to make sure you like the food items you have chosen for you event. The Caterer prepares your food to your specifications. They provide all the dinnerware for the reception. The Caterer will also pour your toast and cut the cake as part of the services provided within your package.
Included in our complete packages that offer food is an open non-alcoholic beverage bar. This bar comes with Coca-Cola Products, Gatoraides, Coffee and Zephyrhills Water. You can save a lot of money if you are serving alcohol since we allow you to bring in your own. You simply have to hire a Bar-tending Company and Security Company from our vendor list. This can save you thousands of dollars on your event budget!
Event Factory photographers are in-house staff and have photographed thousands of events over the years using the latest in digital technology. They are well trained for both on and off-site work. They create the photo collections presented to the host and participate in the layout and creation of the photo albums. The deluxe photo albums that are included in many of our packages are printed, laminated and assembled right in our facility. Samples of the albums can be found on our website and are on display in our facilities.
Event Factory Video is also recorded by in-house staff. We use two (2) video cameras on most events to provide many hours of raw footage. In fact, an average five to six hour event will receive 6-8 hours of raw footage on a Flash Drive. Events are filmed from various angles and we have created special crows nests within our facility for capturing the best shots during your event. Our deluxe packages include an Edited Video which is also presented on a Flash Drive and comes complete with special effect transitions and titling.
Disc Jockeys are a natural part of our packages as they help you construct the custom audio details of your party. Our DJ’s operate the built in sound, club level lighting and video projection systems that make The Event Factory a state of the art party facility. They will play your music selections and make the announcements throughout the event. From the ceremony to the reception, our DJ’s are there to keep your event flowing and fun! Our ballrooms are full of DMX club level lighting, dual video screens and powerful speakers.
The Event Factory offers many packages that include our Magical Facility, the Food, Soft Beverages, Photography, Video and Disc Jockey. These packages are priced at several levels to meet most budgets. The following listing is a brief overview of each package price level and has a link to the details of the complete package. All packages include the use of dressing rooms. Remember that we offer multiple ways to purchase you package, including a payment plan.
This package is designed for small weddings with up to 30 guests total including the Bridal Party. It includes a two entree buffet menu, two sides, a salad, soft beverages, photography and a disc jockey. It comes with white table linen, Chiavari Chairs, centerpieces and the linen napkin color of your choice. This package is for 4 hours and additional guests can be added. It takes place in the ceremony area (Chapel or Garden) and the reception is in the corresponding pre-function space (Courtyard or Enchanted Forest)
This economy package provides food and Disc Jockey services in The Swan Ballroom. It includes the ceremony area and the ballroom for 4 hours. The buffet offers a one entrée menu with two sides, two appetizers and a salad, plus soft beverages. The Disc Jockey is included to play your music selections and operate our sound, lighting and video projection systems. This package also includes white table linen, Chiavari Chairs, centerpieces and china dinnerware. This package is offered in 50 - 200 person sizes. Additional guests can be added to this package at $40.00 per guest.
These packages provide the basic services in the designated areas of the location chosen. They include the ceremony area and the ballroom for 5 hours. The buffet offers a one entrée menu with two sides, two appetizers and a salad, plus soft beverages, photography, video and a disc jockey. They also include white table linen and chair covers, centerpieces and china dinnerware. These packages are offered in 50 - 200 person sizes depending on the ballroom location chosen. Additional guests can be added to these packages at $40.00 per guest.
These packages are the middle priced Deluxe packages that offer several upgrades from the Sherwood and Leeds level. These upgrades include a larger menu selection to choose from for your dinner. This Royal Menu includes a two entrée buffet, two sides, two appetizers and a salad. In addition to soft beverages, photography, video and a disc jockey, these packages include a premium11” x 14” laminated flush mount wedding album, an edited video on DVD and a china presentation with the linen napkin color of your choice. These packages are offered in 50 - 200 person sizes depending on the ballroom location chosen. Additional guests can be added to these packages at $45.00 per guest.
The Event Factory offers facility only packages that include the standard decorations found within the location chosen. These packages also include the chairs and tables. The packages that use the ballrooms are for 5-6 hours include white table linens, centerpieces and Chiavari Chairs.
The Event Factory offers facility only rental of the ceremony areas that include the standard decorations found within the location chosen. These packages also include the chairs. The package is for the use of the area for up to two (2) hours and is not designed for including any food or cake during that time.
The Event Factory offers several ways to pay for an event.
We offer various discounts that are based on the payment plan chosen and the day of the week the event is booked for. Saturday nights have a smaller discount and a minimum rental fee.

Our facility is opened Wednesday through Saturday from Noon till 6pm for tours.
You can just stop in on Wednesdays - Fridays, but we do suggest appointments on Saturdays.
