Platinum Ballroom, Castle Ballroom or Swan Ballroom Meeting Packages

    • Great for awards banquets, business meetings and corporate strategy sessions.

    • Custom, Day Long or Four (4), five (5) and six (6) hour Corporate Meeting packages include:

    • Use of our state-of-the-art sound and video projection systems and wireless microphones with Audio Service Packages.

    • Beverage services (optional) or you can bring your own.

    • Catering services (optional) or you can bring your own.

    • Tables, Chiavari Chairs and linens included.

    • Plenty of available parking with over 500 parking spaces outside our front door.

    • Easy to find central location just one mile from Tampa International Airport for our Tampa Location.

    • Choose or combine any seven sound stages to create an unforgettable, yet affordable event!

    • You can choose from in-house catering OR you can bring in the caterer / restaurant of your choice.

All prices using our Ballroom Areas are quoted on a per event basis for all Corporate Meetings!

 

Standard Business Meeting Packages:

    A 3 Hour Gathering in either The Enchanted Forest & Secret Garden or The Castle Courtyard for up to the stated # of Guests and including the following:

    • Use of The Enchanted Forest and Secret Garden or The Castle Courtyard for your party.

    • 60" round Tables with Floor Length White Linen, Centerpieces and 10 Chiavari Chairs per table.

    • Up to three (3) 72" long Buffet, Hors D’oeuvres and/or Head Tables with Skirted White Linen.

    • Access to the facility one (1) hour prior to start time.

    • You may bring in your own food.  

    • Includes: Soft Drinks - Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water, Coffee & Gatorade.

Up to: 50 Guests

Weekdays:  Forest & Secret Garden OR Castle Courtyard  $799.00  

Up to: 100 Guests

Weekdays:  Forest & Secret Garden or Castle Courtyard $999.00

Additional Add-On Services: 

    • Each Additional Hour: $239.00

    • Disc Jockey Services with sound system: $249.00 for 3 Hours & $50.00 per each additional hour.

    • Table Overlays: $10.00 each, Color Chair Bows: $1.00 each (Both Available in Many Colors!)

    • Upgrade to use one of our three ballrooms is quoted upon request.

Payment Options & Discounts:

The Event Factory offers several ways to pay for an event. 

  1. 50/50 Plan; put 50% of your package price down upon booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.

  2. Pay In Full Plan; pay the package price in full when booking to receive a 10% discount when booked at least 30 days in advance of the event date!

Castle Ballroom Holiday Buffet Package

 

 

    • Five (5) hour Holiday Party in The Castle Ballroom.

    • Use of The Castle Courtyard for pre-function activities and Bar presentation.

    • The Princess Holiday Décor Package, including all linen with holiday color overlays, 10 Chiavari Chairs per table, plus colorful holiday centerpieces.

    • Ballroom is decorated for the holidays and the facility features many poinsettias in various colors & sizes.

    • Castle Ballroom set up to accommodate one (1) 60" round table per 10 guests.

    • Includes a Disc Jockey using our state of the art sound and lighting for up to five(5) hours in the ballroom.

    • Pricing is effective November 20 – December 30.

    • 7pm – 12 midnight or 6pm -11pm time blocks. (Day-Time Blocks also available)

    • Includes our Royal Holiday Buffet featuring 2 Entrées, 2 Sides, 2 Appetizers and a Salad. See our Royal Menu for details.

    • Includes a served food presentation, china, silverware, linen napkin in the color of your choice and water goblet.

    • Includes a unlimited Non-Alcoholic Beverage Bar featuring Coca Cola Products, and Coffee, including cups and ice.

Price Per Guest $55.00 based on a 100 person minimum. ($65.00 P.P. less than 100 guests.)

 

BYOB! - The Event Factory allows you to bring in your own alcohol to serve to your guests. Just hire a Bar-tending and a Security Company from our Vendor List and save a lot of money!!!!

NO GRATUITIES! - The Event Factory does NOT charge any gratuities and this also saves you a lot of money!!!

The Castle Ballroom can accommodate up to 50 tables (500 guests) and still feature a large dance floor. Our facility can seat over 1000 guests using several decorated seating areas when combining multiple ballrooms.

Saturday Night Minimums are as follows: $9,999.00 for The Castle Ballroom, $7,999.00 for The Platinum Ballroom & $5,999.00 for The Swan Ballroom
These minimums also apply to the first 2 Fridays of December.

Minimums may be waived should the date requested be available within 3 months of the event date.


Swan Ballroom Holiday Buffet Package

Five (5) hour Holiday Party in The Celestial Swan Ballroom.

    • Use of the Enchanted Forest and Secret Garden as a pre-function area.

    • The Princess Holiday Décor Package, including all linen with holiday color overlays.

    • 10 Chiavari Chairs per table and colorful holiday centerpieces.

    • The Celestial Swan Ballroom can seat up to seat up to 130 guests.

    • Includes a Disc Jockey using our state of the art sound and lighting system for up to five (5) hours.

    • Pricing is effective November 20 – December 30.

    •  7pm – 12 midnight or 6pm -11pm time blocks. (Day-Time Blocks also available)

Custom Holiday Party Packages are available to fit your budget and event size.

Instant Digital 5"x7” Photography featuring a picture taken of the guests as they arrive at your party. The photo is printed and ready for your guests to take home as they leave your party. This is a great souvenir for your guests. Prepaid party favor packages start at 50 prints for $400.00 - Each additional print is $8.00.

 

Cost Saving Terms!

Tours & Office Hours:

Our facility is opened Wednesday through Saturday from Noon till 6pm for tours.  You can just stop in on Wednesdays - Fridays, but we do suggest appointments on Saturdays.

Please call us at 813-806-0026 to schedule an appointment or if you have any questions about our packages and date availability.

Tours are not available during events.

The Enchanted Forest is part of the Swan Ballroom area and is pictured with seating at round tables.

 

Optional Casino Themed Services are available from third party vendors.
