Enchanted Forest & Secret Garden Package

The Event Factory has introduced a very special event package designed for “family only” events with up to 30 guests.  This package is designed for; Weddings & Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthdays, and rehearsal dinners

Family Only Package Includes:

  • A private Three (3) hour long party held in The Secret Garden & The Enchanted Forest for up to 30 people total. (You can add up to 10 additional guests at a cost of $35.00 each for a total of 40 maximun in this package. This package does not include the Celestial Swan Ballroom)
  • A complete buffet featuring two (2) entrees, two (2) side dishes and a salad served on china.  Menu can be chosen from our Royal Menu. (Does not include appetizers.)
  • Use of dressing rooms for up to 60 minutes prior to the three (3) hour time block.
  • Up to 3 – 60” diameter tables with seating for up to 30 guests including white table linen, chair covers with bows and centerpieces.
  • Beverages including soda and Gatorade will be served in 9oz plastic cups.
  • Photography - Minimum of 75 photos taken with a 10 mega pixel camera and all presented on DVD.  All pictures may be reproduced by you, no restrictions apply.
  • Disc Jockey for the entire event to play the selections of your choice and operate the microphones is included.
  • Family Wedding Packages may be booked on Saturdays from 1-4pm up to 90 days in advance and excluding Holidays and some prime dates.

Basic Package Price: $2499.00

Terms & Conditions: 50% Deposit is due upon booking.  Balance is due 30 days prior to event date.  A 10% discount is applicable when paying in full when booking.  No other discounts apply.  Final guest count is due seven (7) days prior to the event.  No refunds are issued.  Date changes are subject to a fee of $500.00.  Notification in writing of date change request must occur at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a $300.00 penalty.  Parties may be booked up to 90 days in advance and are not available on Holidays and peak weekends.  Some months may be booked further in advance than 90 days, please ask a sales associate to check your desired date.

Upgrade Options:
Changing Day Of Week -  Schedule Event on Sunday  1pm – 4pm.  Price $300.00
Evening Time Slot – Schedule Event on Friday or Sunday 6pm-9pm.  Price $500.00
One Additional Hour – Changes time frame to 12 noon till 4pm or 6pm-10pm.  Price $500.00
Additional Guests – Cost for each additional guest.  Price $35.00 (maximum 40 guests)
Professional Flush Mounted Photo Albums – Album includes a pre-designed layout and is customized using the pictures of your choice.  Priced as follows;
            10” x 10” Album includes 30 pictures, one per page:  $799.00
            11” x 14” Album includes approx. 80-100 total photos on 30 pages:  $1,999.00
Videography – Addition of one video technician for the duration of the event to provide up to two (2) hours of raw footage only on DVD.  Price $599.00
