The Event Factory has introduced a very special birthday party package designed to create hours of fun as the girls are transformed into “Little Princesses” complete with costumes, hair styling and lots of photos! Our magical castle settings create the perfect photo opportunities for memorable photos and video of your child’s special day. This is a birthday package that is guaranteed to impress her friends.
Birthday Party Package Includes:
A private four (4) hour long party held in either The Enchanted Forest or The Castle Courtyard for children up to 12 years in age.
A host costumed as the Princess of your choice. (Cinderella, Belle, Sleeping Beauty or Ariel) The host will welcome the “Little Princess” and participate in a photo session with each guest.
Each guest will receive up to FIVE (5) – 5” x 7” prints and a photo DVD Of all the pictures taken during the event.
Use of dressing rooms for up to 90 minutes at the beginning of the time block.
Use of several games including air hockey, pool table, miniature golf and a bounce house for the younger guests.
Up to 5 – 60” diameter tables with seating for up to 50 guests.
Beverages including soda and Gatorade will be served in 9oz plastic cups and Sippy cups.
One hair stylist per 6 girls. Base package includes up to 12 girls and two (2) stylists.
Photography - Minimum of 125 photos taken with a 10 mega pixel camera and all presented on DVD. All pictures may be reproduced by you, no restrictions apply.
Videography – Minimum of three (3) hour of raw footage provided on DVD.
One 16” x 20” matted & framed portrait from a picture taken during the party.
Birthday parties may be booked on Saturdays and Sundays starting at noon and ending at 4pm.
Terms & Conditions: 50% Deposit is due upon booking. Balance is due with final guests count five (5) days prior to the event. No refunds are issued. Date changes are subject to a fee of $100.00 fee. Notification in writing of date change request must occur at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $300.00 penalty. Parties may be booked up to 90 days in advance and are not available on Holidays and peak weekends.
Little Princess Birthday Party Upgrade Options:
Additional Stylists – Each additional stylist can accommodate up to six (6) girls. Price $150.00
Additional Guests – Cost for each additional table of up to 10 guests. Price $95.00
Buffet Package - A complete buffet can be added to the birthday package. The buffet will include the use of china and will be served buffet style by the catering staff. Unlimited sodas are included. Both options require a $300.00 minimum total when combining adults and children.
Option A - Chose from our Sherwood menu for one entrée and two sides for $20.00 per adult and $12.50 per child.
Option B - Choose from our Royal Menu for two entrees and two sides or one entrée, two sides and a hot appetizer for $25.00 per adult and $13.50 per child.
Pizza Buffet Package – Pizza for all the guests, including disposables and unlimited soda, can be added at $5.00 per guest. (Minimum charge of $250.00 applies.) Pizza served is half cheese and half pepperoni.
Professional Flush Mounted Photo Albums – Album includes a pre-designed layout and is customized using the pictures of your choice. By upgrading to this option, you will receive a custom proof album with only pictures of your Birthday Girl and relative facility shots. This makes the picture selection easier for you. Priced as follows;
10” x 10” Album includes 30 pictures, one per page: $799.00
11” x 14” Album includes approx. 80-100 total photos on 30 pages: $1999.00
Photo Print Package – This package includes the printing of the following sizes in the stated quantities on professional photo paper with archival inks. Price $125.00

Limo Service For Transportation To The Castle – Limousine service can be arranged to transport the Guest Of Honor and her family of up to eight from their home to The Event Factory. This also provides great shots with the limo upon arrival. Limo style is subject to availability. Price $350.00 (Charges may vary on peak days.) (This service will be contracted directly between you and the limo service, The Event Factory will only facilitate the paper work for both parties. All payments will be made to the limo company by the host party.)
