Magical Facility:

The Event Factory offers complete and affordable packages for hosting your Tea Party in a PRIVATE atmosphere!  Our unique facility is like renting a movie sound stage, complete with props and decor. Don't just settle for a few hundred square feet of event space when you can entertain your friends in 3000 - 4000 square feet of decorated party space. Our large event areas are great for allowing you to socialize with your friends, serve lunch and open gifts. Tables can be arranged end to end for creating a long "Tea Party" style table if desired.

 

Standard Tea Party Packages:

A Three (3) Hour Gathering in either The Enchanted Forest & Secret Garden or The Castle Courtyard for up to the stated # of Guests and including the following:

•  Use of The Enchanted Forest and Secret Garden or The Castle Courtyard for your party.

•  60" round Tables with Floor Length White Linen and 10 Chiavari Chairs each.

•  Up to Six (3) 72" long tables for Guests, Buffet, Hors D’oeuvres and/or Head Tables with Skirted White Linen.

•  Access to the facility one (1) hour prior to start time.

•  Use of Special Bling Chairs for the guests of honor.

•  You may bring in your own party favors, cake, food and desserts.  

•  Includes: Soft Drinks - Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water, Coffee & Tea.

Saturday & Sunday Afternoons  1pm-4pm  Forest & Secret Garden OR Castle Courtyard  $799.00  

 

Up to: 100 Guests

Saturday & Sunday Afternoons  1pm-4pm  Forest & Secret Garden or Castle Courtyard $999.00

Additional Add-On Services: 

•Alcohol for Purchase Bar: choose from the following options:

$250.00 for Beer & Wine to be available at the bar and includes 50 Vouchers for free drinkls.

$350.00 for Beer, Wine and Mixed Drinks to be available at the bar and includes 50 Vouchers for free drinks. 

•  One Additional Hour with event starting at 12 noon:  $249.00

•  Disc Jockey Services with sound system: $299.00 for 3 Hours & $399.00 for 4 Hours

•  Special photo & video package providing up to 3 hours of raw Video footage and ALL your photos on disc with printable images from 10+ mega pixel digital camera: $998.00. (Just Photography or Just Videography is $499.00 each.)

The above packages may be booked up to 120 days in advance.  Pricing does NOT include tax.  Three hour events may only serve alcohol for up to 90 contiguous minutes and you must hire a bar-tending company from our vendor list.

 

Payment Options & Discounts: (Does NOT apply to Micro Event Rooms)

The Event Factory offers several ways to pay for an event. 

  1. 50/50 Plan; put 50% of your package price down upon booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.

  2. Pay In Full Plan; pay the package price in full when booking to receive a 10% discount when booked at least 30 days in advance of the event date!

Down The Rabbit Hole – A Alice In Wonderland Themed Room featuring seating for up to 20 Guests!
Includes an 18’ long table with 20 chairs, whimsical centerpieces and décor reflecting the Alice In Wonderland theme and specialty lighting within a magical garden setting.

Harry’s Hideaway – A Wizard Themed Room featuring seating for up to 10 Guests!
Includes a 60” round table with 10 chairs, wizard themed centerpiece, room décor special effects!

The Princess Club – A Princess Themed Posh Dining Room featuring seating for up to 10 Guests!
Includes a 60” round table with 10 chairs, Princess themed centerpiece and room décor, specialty lighting.

The Galaxy Club – A Galactic Themed Dining Room featuring seating for up to 20 Guests!
Includes an 18’ long table with 20 chairs, choose from several popular Galactic themed centerpieces and décor reflecting a mega galactic movie theme and specialty lighting. All within dining club setting from far, far away!

Package Includes:
A Two (2) Hour Gathering in ONE of our Themed Micro Party Rooms for up to the stated number of Guests, may be booked up to 120 days in advance and includes the following:
• Tables and Chairs as described in the Party Rooms Description above.
• Floor Length Linen, Table Overlay, Centerpieces and chairs.
• Access to the facility thirty minutes prior to start time.
• Includes self-serve Soft Drinks - Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Water, Coffee & PowerAde. 
• Access to a common area bar serving alcohol for purchase.
• You can bring in your own food and desserts OR order them from our in-house Caterers. Prices are quoted upon request based on food desired and number of guests.

Additional Add-On Services: 
• You can add an “Alcohol delivered by a Waitress” option for $199.00 and get 30 Alcohol Vouchers to give to your guests!
Voucher is good for one free alcoholic drink. Includes Beer, Wine or Mixed Drinks. Additional Vouchers available at $5.00 each if pre-purchased prior to the event date.  Guests can also purchase drinks with credit and debit cards if they run out of vouchers.
• You can add Champagne Only with toasting flutes for a cost of $35.00 for two bottles and $70.00 for 4 bottles.
• Food options are also available and can be added directly with our catering company that will be servicing the event.
• 50% Deposit to secure date. Balance due 14 days prior to event date. (No Discounts Apply)
We do NOT charge gratuities or service fees.  Simply add sales tax to your package. Common area hallways and restrooms may be shared with other parties. Individual rooms are private for you and your guests.

Tours & Office Hours:

Our facility is opened Wednesday through Saturday from Noon till 6pm for tours.  You can just stop in on Wednesdays - Fridays, but we do suggest appointments on Saturdays.
